摘  要:本文探讨了互联网环境孕育的“虚拟资源”对创业绩效的影响。基于信息互动视角,从创业者之间、创业者与支持者之间、支持者之间三个维度,识别了创业者能够分别从中获取的关系资源、知识资源与口碑资源,并抓取众筹平台数据对多维互动、虚拟资源与创业绩效之间的影响效应、异质性和传导机制进行实证分析。研究表明:三种不同维度的信息互动所产生的虚拟资源对创业绩效均具有正向促进作用。对于投资类和社交类创业项目,知识资源的作用非常明显,应更重视创业者与支持者之间的互动;在创意类项目中,三类虚拟资源都扮演了重要角色,因而主体间的多维互动均不可或缺。本文研究还发现,相较于关系资源与口碑资源,创业者与支持者之间互动所产生的知识资源作用最具普遍性,此也是互联网创业环境“群智性”的鲜明体现。为提升创业绩效,互联网平台应努力营造自由且可信的互动交流环境,而创业者可依据其所需关键虚拟资源选择最优互动策略。With the vigorous development of Internet technology and the formulation and implementation of the policy of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,the boom of Internet entrepreneurship is increasingly in full swing.In order to overcome resource constraints and improve entrepreneurial performance,how to effectively acquire entrepreneurial resources is an important problem that entrepreneurs need to solve for survival and development in the fierce competition environment.To solve this problem,a new solution has been derived in the field of Internet entrepreneurship:Internet development not only brings new entrepreneurial opportunities for entrepreneurs,but also breeds a variety of“virtual resources”that can be obtained at low cost and effectively promote the improvement of entrepreneurial performance.Different from offline only at a spread over the entity,business flow and pooling of resources,formed between Internet environment breeds virtual resources can rapid entrepreneurs to obtain low cost based on the network channel,its influence scope and degree of breakthrough in the position of geographic space limitation,and become more than ever before have commercial value.With the help of network technology,the multi-party information interaction between entrepreneurs and supporters promotes the formation and flow of virtual resources such as knowledge and relationship,so that start-ups can acquire virtual resources at low cost and win entrepreneurial advantages for themselves.Combined with the existing research and practice summary,this paper holds that Internet entrepreneurs need three kinds of key virtual resources,namely:relationship resources,knowledge resources and word-of-mouth resources.The reasons are as follows:(1)Many entrepreneurs,supporters,media,new enterprise service agencies and other individuals or organizations gather on the Internet entrepreneurship platform.Through sharing and spreading entrepreneurial projects with each other,they can form a professional relationship network and bring abo
