摘　　要：中华体育精神来之不易,弥足珍贵,新时代青年学子要充分继承创新,将其发扬光大。在培育过程中,要以塑造时代新人的意志品质、素质要求为切入点,强调中华体育精神有利于培育与践行社会主义核心价值观,有助于传承中华民族优秀传统文化,有益于增强民族自信和文化认同的重要价值,探析从学校、课程、师资、校园氛围营造等方面全方位融入中华体育精神的实施策略,切实提高体育育人效果,旨在进一步丰富和完善国内关于中华体育精神融入高校体育教学的研究成果,培养青年学子拼搏奋斗的精神品质,树立强烈的民族自信与文化认同,培育高素质的身心健康的人才。The Chinese sports spirit is invaluable and young students in the new era should fully inherit and innovate to carry it forward.In the process of cultivation,the entry point should be to shape the will quality and quality requirements of the new generation,emphasizing that the Chinese sports spirit is conducive to the cultivation and practice of core socialist values.This helps to pass on the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation and is beneficial to the important values of enhancing national confidence and cultural identity.The study integrates the Chinese sports spirit in all aspects,including schools,curricula,teachers,and the creation of a campus atmosphere,to effectively improve the effect of sports education.This study aims to further enrich and improve the research results on the integration of Chinese sports spirit into university physical education in China,to cultivate young students′ striving and struggling spirit,to establish strong national self-confidence and cultural identity,and to nurture high-quality talents who are physically and mentally healthy.
