摘 要:为提高淀粉在经纱上浆中的使用效果,以烯丙基磺酸钠和丙烯酸乙酯作为接枝单体,在摩尔比25∶75下,调节二者的总质量,选用Fenton's引发体系,与酸解淀粉(ATS)进行接枝共聚反应制备了接枝率不同的几组淀粉-g-聚(烯丙基磺酸钠-co-丙烯酸乙酯)(S-g-P(SAS-co-EA))样品,对其粘度热稳定性及退浆效率进行了评价,并对其浆膜的膨润率进行了测试分析。结果表明:相对于酸解淀粉,S-g-P(SAS-co-EA)浆液的表观粘度增大,粘度热稳定性提高;退浆效率、膨润率提升,表明淀粉接枝变性后具有更好的退浆性能。In order to improve the use of starch in warp sizing,a serials of starch-g-poly(sodium allyl sulfonate-co-ethyl acrylate)samples with different grafting ratios were prepared by using sodium allyl sulfonate and ethyl acrylate as grafting monomers and adjusting the total mass of both at a molar ratio of 25∶75.The S-g-P(SAS-co-EA)samples with different grafting rates were prepared,and their viscosity stabilities and desizability were investigated,and the swelling rates of their films were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the apparent viscosity of S-g-P(SAS-co-EA)paste was increased and the viscosity stability was improved compared with acid-thinned starch;the desizing efficiency and swelling rate increased,indicating that the starch after graft polymerization has better desizability.
