基于Matlab GUI的绝缘子缺陷检测系统

摘　　要：绝缘子在输电线路的电能输送任务中承担着重要作用,而依靠传统巡检的绝缘子检测方式存在主观性强、人工成本高等劣势。针对上述问题,基于Matlab GUI设计了一种对无人机采集绝缘子图像进行自动缺陷检测的系统。通过对图像进行边缘模糊、灰度化、全局腐蚀、形态学闭运算等处理,在初始图像中识别并定位绝缘子缺陷部分。实验结果表明,该系统对空间位置处于水平、垂直及倾斜的缺陷绝缘子识别准确率分别为80.0%、86.7%、86.7%,对实际运用具有一定价值。Insulators play an important role in the power transmission task of transmission lines,but the insulator detection method that relies on traditional inspection has the disadvantages of strong subjectivity and high labor costs.Aiming at the above problems,a system for automatic defect detection of insulator images collected by UAV is designed based on Matlab GUI.Through the image processing such as edge blur,grayscale,global corrosion,morphological closing operation,etc.,the defect parts of the insulator are identified and located in the initial image.The experimental results show that the recognition accuracy rate of the system for the defect insulators whose spatial positions are horizontal,vertical and inclined are 80.0%,86.7%and 86.7%respectively,which has certain value for practical application.
