构建河北省“职教高考”技能考试的思考

摘　　要：作为畅通学生升学通道及优化类型定位的关键措施,“职教高考”制度建设在职业教育改革发展中具有重要作用。将“职教高考”建设成为高等职业院校招生主渠道的关键在于建立符合职业教育特点的考试招生机制。河北省现行“对口高考”与高职单招考试在满足高等职业院校招生需要、引导职教生源在职教路径深入发展等方面积累了丰富经验,在合并功能、融合内容、增进效能等方面有较大提升空间。进一步明确技能考试发展方向,拓展技能考试的实施范围,提高技能考试考查评价与选拔分流功能,以及推动中等职业学校校内技能评价与技能考试互补以形成科学合理评价机制等措施,在“对口高考”和高职单招考试向“职教高考”制度转型接轨过程中有着重要作用。As a key measure to unblock students'access to higher education and to optimize their type positioning,the“vocational college entrance examination”system plays an important role in the reform and development of vocational education.The key to build“vocational college entrance examination”into the main channel of higher vocational college enrollment is to establish an examination enrollment mechanism that conforms to the characteristics of vocational education.Hebei Province has accumulated rich experience in meeting the recruitment needs of higher vocational colleges and universities and guiding the in-depth development of vocational education students'sources and in-service teaching paths through the current“college entrance examination”and higher vocational single entry examination.There is significant room for improvement in terms of merging functions,integrating content,and improving efficiency.Measures such as further clarifying the development direction of skill tests,expanding the scope of implementation of skill tests,improving the function of skill tests evaluation and selection,and promoting the complementarity of skill evaluation and skill tests in secondary vocational schools to form a scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism play an important role in the process of integrating“matching college entrance examination”and higher vocational single-enrollment examination into“vocational education college entrance examination”system.
