摘 要:以猪骨作为原料,利用不同浓度的硝酸溶液改性热解制备生物炭用于去除水中的四环素(TC),发现含量为20%的硝酸改性猪骨炭(HBC)对TC的吸附效果最好,吸附量高达209.25 mg/g。通过扫描电镜(SEM)和傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)分析HBC的微观结构和组成,利用动力学和等温学模型对TC吸附过程进行拟合,探究硝酸改性猪骨炭对TC的吸附特性。并利用臭氧氧化法进行再生实验,探究其再生效果。结果表明,HBC表面光滑,存在很多孔隙及规则的褶皱,有较多的吸附位点,HBC对TC的吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温模型。臭氧氧化时长为1 min,经过2次解吸后,吸附剂的重复利用效率为91.56%。Pig bone was used as raw material,and modified with different concentrations of nitric acid to removing tetracycline(TC)from aqueous solutions.The 20%nitric acid concentration of modified pig bone charcoal(HBC)have the best adsorption effect on TC with an adsorption capacity of 209.25 mg/g.The microstructure and composition of HBC were analyzed by the scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),and the kinetics and isotherms were used to fit the adsorption of TC onto HBC to explore the adsorption characteristics of HBC.The regeneration experiment was carried out by ozone oxidation method.The results indicated that the HBC surface was smooth with many pores,regular folds and more adsorption sites.In the meantime,the pseudo-second-order kinetic and Langmuir isotherm models were better fitted to the adsorption of TC onto HBC.When the ozone oxidation time was 1 min,the regeneration efficiency of HBC was 91.56%after two recycles.
