摘  要:生物接触氧化池能否稳定运行对整个污水生物处理系统的稳定性有着至关的重要性,而结垢问题是影响接触氧化工艺稳定运行的主要因素之一。处理过程中CaCO_(3)等垢体的形成将抑制生物膜的形成和生长,导致处理性能下降。因而,对含钙废水采取合理有效防止CaCO_(3)结垢的措施,具有重要的实际意义。文章对贵州某食品公司生物接触氧化法污水处理过程中填料结垢的问题进行分析,探讨填料结垢机理及影响CaCO_(3)垢形成的相关因素,并提出处理对策,为类似项目提供参考。Whether the biological contact oxidation tank can function steadily is very important to stability of the whole biological technology for sewage treatment system,bio-media scaling is one of the main factors influencing the operation steady of biological contact oxidation process.In the treating processes,CaCO_(3)scaling which inhibit biofilm formation and growth,results in treatment performance degradation.So it is very important to adopt the effective avoid CaCO_(3)scaling measures of the calcium-containing wastewater in operation.This paper will analyze the problem of bio-media scaling in the process of biological contact oxidation sewage treatment of a food company in Guizhou.Through scaling mechanism and some relational factor of CaCO_(3)scaling analyses,and puts forward some relevant resolution,which will provide reference for other similar projects.
