摘 要:某铁路跨越一处“U”形河谷,桥址河谷深切、地形陡峭,桥式方案复杂。综合考虑该桥位处地形、地质、施工条件,采用(50+106+200+60.5)m预应力混凝土部分斜拉桥一跨跨越河谷,斜拉桥结构体系采用塔墩梁固结体系,上部结构采用单箱双室连续箱梁,斜拉索采用独塔扇形单索面双排索,斜拉索-桥塔锚固采用分丝管管索鞍连接,下部结构采用矩形空心桥墩,钻孔灌注桩。对桥位控制因素、桥式方案构思、构造设计进行介绍,通过建立Mi-das及BSAS有限元模型,对该结构进行静力分析、动力特性计算及抗震检算,各项计算结果均满足规范要求,结构安全可靠。该种非对称独塔斜拉体系在山区复杂地形大跨桥式方案中具有良好的适应性,可为其他铁路桥梁桥式研究提供参考。A railway crosses a U-shaped valley,where the terrain is steep and the bridge scheme is complicated.Considering the topography,geology and construction conditions of the bridge,(50+106+200+60.5)m prestressed concrete partially cable-stayed bridge is adopted to cross the valley in one span.The structural system of the cable-stayed bridge employs the tower pier beam consolidation system.The superstructure uses single box double chamber continuous box girder,the stay cable selects single tower fan-shaped single cable surface and double row cable,and the cable stay cable-bridge tower is anchored by wire-split pipe cable saddle connection.The substructure adopts rectangular hollow pier and drilled holes cast-in-place piles.The design is introduced in terms of the control factors of the bridge position,the conception of bridge scheme and the structural design.The Midas/Civil and BSAS finite element models are established to conduct static analysis,dynamic characteristics calculation and seismic checking.The design of the scheme and the calculation results meet the requirements of the specification.This kind of asymmetric single-tower cable-stayed system has good adaptability in the large-span bridge scheme in complex terrain in mountainous areas and provides some references for the design of other railway bridges.
