摘  要:小型磁浮车辆作为面向中低运量市场需求的一种低运量、经济快捷的新型磁浮车辆,其特点是以常导短定子的中低速磁浮系统为技术基础,以特定市场需求为目标,在最优运行速度和运量水平的条件下开发的特种磁浮车辆。本文从环境条件、线路条件、供电条件、主要技术参数以及平断面布置等方面介绍了车辆总体技术方案,进一步地从车体、内装、前端、车端连挂、空调、门窗、牵引、辅助、制动、悬浮控制、网络以及悬浮架等系统层面展开了详尽阐述。该车辆的显著优势是小型化、轻量化、储能式、低耗能绿色环保,具有工程造价低、速度适中、运维成本低的优点,从而达到整体降低工程造价和运维成本的目的,以满足市场对新型轨道交通的多元化、低成本的需求。针对国内的旅游线、中低运量的市场具有十分突出的优点和市场推广价值。Small maglev vehicles,as a low volume,economical and fast new type of maglev vehicle targeting the medium to low volume market demand,are characterized by a special maglev vehicle developed based on a medium to low speed maglev system with a constant conductor and short stator,targeting specific market demands,under the conditions of optimal operating speed and volume level.This article introduces the overall technical plan of the vehicle from the aspects of environmental conditions,line conditions,power supply conditions,main technical parameters,and plane section layout.Furthermore,it elaborates in detail on the system level of the vehicle body,interior decoration,front end,vehicle end coupling,air conditioning,doors and windows,traction,auxiliary,braking,suspension control,network,and suspension frame.The significant advantages of this vehicle are miniaturization,lightweight,energy storage,low energy consumption,green environmental protection,and the advantages of low engineering cost,moderate speed,and low operation and maintenance costs,In order to achieve the overall goal of reducing engineering costs and operation and maintenance costs,in order to meet the diversified and low-cost demand of the market for new rail transit.It has outstanding advantages and market promotion value for domestic tourism routes and low to medium volume markets.
