摘  要:现有的车辆限界检测方法精度与效率较低,人工成本高,不适用于多种车型同时检测。针对车辆限界检测方法、原理及存在的问题,本文提出了一种新的非接触式车辆运行轮廓姿态在线检测装置及方法,并设计了相关试验进行验证。检测装置主要由传感器安装柱、激光距离传感器等组成;通过激光水平仪和距离标定工装调整检测装置安装精度,通过激光距离传感器检测车辆轮廓距离,与理论数值进行比较,判断列车是否超出限界;试验结果表明,检测精度与重复性精度均较高,软件运行稳定。本文提出的检测方法可以实现对不同型号轨道车辆运行轮廓姿态的在线检测,检测精度及检测效率高,人工成本低,有必要在城市轨道交通检修市场中应用推广。The existing vehicle gauge detection methods have low accuracy and efficiency,high labor cost,and are not suitable for simultaneous detection of multiple vehicle types.Aiming at the vehicle gauge detection method,principle and existing problems,the paper proposes a new on-line detection device and method for non-contact vehicle running contour posture,and designs relevant tests for verification.The detection device is mainly composed of sensor mounting column,laser distance sensor,etc.The installation accuracy of the detection device is adjusted by the laser level and the range calibration tooling.The vehicle contour distance is detected by the laser range sensor and then compared with theoretical values to determine whether the train exceeds the gauge.The test results show that the accuracy and repeatability are both high and the software runs stably.The detection method proposed in this paper can realize the online detection of the running contour posture of different types of rail vehicles,with high detection accuracy and efficiency and low labor cost.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the application in the urban rail transit maintenance market.
