摘　　要：Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical and genetic characteristics of Chinese patients with adrenomyeloneuropathy(AMN).Methods Clinical data were collected and analyzed retrospectively on AMN patients who were diagnosed by genetic testing in Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from May 2008 to August 2022.
