摘 要:目的:观察细菌耐药性检测在临床微生物检验中的应用价值和意义。方法:选取2020年6月—2022年6月老河口市第一医院收治的住院患者128例为研究对象,收集患者分泌物、痰液、血液和尿液标本共128份,对所有标本实施分离处理开展细菌耐药性检测。在检验过程中统计致病菌菌株分布情况、细菌耐药性检测结果。结果:128份标本中检出革兰阴性菌73份和革兰阳性菌55份。其中,革兰阴性菌中铜绿假单胞菌,占比13.28%;其次是大肠埃希菌,占比11.72%;革兰阳性菌中检出率由高到低分别为凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌。对氨苄西林耐药性最高的是变形杆菌,对头孢唑林耐药性最高的是肠埃希菌,对青霉素、氨苄西林耐药性最高的是金黄色葡萄球菌中的甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌中耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌。结论:细菌耐药性检测在临床微生物检验过程中的应用价值较高,可以保障临床中抗生素用药的安全性及有效性,帮助临床医生优化药物治疗方案,改善患者预后。Objective:To observe the application value and significance of bacterial resistance detection in clinical microbiological test.Methods:A total of 128 inpatients were selected at the First Hospital of Laohekou City from June 2020 to June 2022.128 samples of inpatient secretions,sputum,blood and urine were collected,and all samples were separated and detected bacterial resistance.Bacteria distribution and bacterial resistance results were analyzed and counted during clinical microbiological examination.Results:73 gram-negative bacteria and 55 gram-positive bacteria were detected among the 128 samples,.Among them,gram-negative bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa accounted for 13.28%;Escherichia coli accounting for 11.72%;The detection rates of gram-positive bacteria were coagulase negative staphylococcus,Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa from high to low.The highest resistance to ampicillin was Proteus,the highest resistance to cefazolin was Escherichia intestinalis,and the highest resistance to penicillin and ampicillin was methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and coagulase negative staphylococcus.Conclusion:Bacterial resistance detection has a high application value in the clinical microbiological test,which can ensure the safety and effectiveness of antibiotics in clinical use,help clinicians optimize drug treatment plan and improve patient prognosis.
