摘 要:目的:了解贵州省医疗机构放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞微核结果,为加强放射从业人员职业健康监护工作提供理论依据。方法:选取2018年1月—2022年12月在贵州省第三人民医院进行职业健康检查的14745名医疗机构放射工作人员的体检资料进行分析。了解不同工种、性别、地区、医疗机构等级放射工作人员淋巴细胞微核情况。结果:淋巴细胞微核率、微核细胞率女性大于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);贵阳市、遵义市、六盘水市医疗机构放射工作人员微核率、微核细胞率高于其他地区,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三甲医院、三乙医院放射工作人员微核率、微核细胞率高于其他医疗机构类型,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞微核检出增高,尤其是女性、三级以上医疗机构,应加强该类人员放射防护管理,保障职业健康。Objective:To analyze the results of micronucleus in peripheral blood lymphocytes of medical radiation workers in Guizhou Province,providing a theoretical basis for strengthening occupational health monitoring of radiologists.Methods:The physical examination data of 14,745 radiological workers in medical institutions who underwent occupational health examination in the Third People's Hospital of Guizhou Province from January 2018 to December 2022 were analyzed.The lymphocyte micronucleus status of radiation workers in different types of work,gender,region,and medical institution level were analyzed.Results:Lymphocyte micronucleus rate and micronucleus cell rate were higher in women than in men,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the micronucleus and micronucleus cell rates of radiological staff in medical institutions in Guiyang,Zunyi and Liupanshui were higher than those in other areas,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the micronucleus rate and micronucleus cell rate of radiation staff in tertiary hospitals and tertiary hospitals were higher than those in other medical institutions,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection of micronucleus in peripheral blood lymphocytes of radiation workers is increased,especially for women,and medical institutions above level 3.The radiation protection management of such personnel should be strengthened to ensure occupational health.
