摘 要:新时期我国高等教育的“高质量发展”,不仅意味着“质量提升”取代“数量增长”成为首要目标,也不仅仅是更突显了追求卓越、创建一流的意涵,还具有了面向未来,重构大学人才培养理念、教学范式、课程体系与专业形态的“质”的飞跃。中国的大学应当改弦更张,面对社会需求的变化和科学技术的挑战,尽快地切入新的赛道。这"新的赛道"主要体现在两个“深度融合”,即多学科交叉与深度融合,以及大学与社会的深度融合,通过产教融合、科教融汇来满足社会发展对大学人才培养与智力支撑的需求。质量理念的转换与思想解放,以及大学运行与发展所依赖的"共同体"的拓展与重构,是实现高等教育“高质量发展”的两个主要切入点和着力点。Gong Fang;The"high-quality development"of Chinese higher education in the new era not only means that"quality promotion"has replaced"quantity increase"and become the principal aim of higher education,or that the idea of pursuing excellence and first-class has been more emphasized,but also means that there is a giant leap towards the reconstruction of the university talent cultivation concept,the instruction mode,the curriculum system and the configuration of the disciplines based on future challenges.Chinese universities should make appropriate changes to cope with the variations of the social needs and the challenges of the new revolution of science and technology so as to quickly move into the"new raceway".The"new raceway"is mainly characterized by two"deep integrations".The first one is the deep integration of multiple disciplines.The second one is the deep integration of universities and the society,which requires universities to satisfy the social needs for talent cultivation and intellectual support of the universities through the fusion of industry and education,and through the combination of science and education.The transformation of the quality concept and the liberation of thoughts,together with the extension and reconstruction of the"communities"upon which the universities operate and develop are the two major key points for the realization of"high-quality development"of Chinese higher education.
