摘　　要：中东铁路是沙俄控制中国东北地区和争霸远东的重要工具。自中东铁路通车以后,清政府先后派出专员就中东铁路诸问题与沙俄进行交涉。宋小濂是中方与沙俄进行交涉的重要代表人物之一,他为争取中国的各项权利做了不懈的斗争,挽回了国家部分利权,打击了沙俄想要利用中东铁路侵占中国的野心。The Middle East Railway was an important tool for Tsarist Russia to control Northeast China and dominate the Far East.Since the opening of the Middle East Railway,the Qing government has successively dispatched commissioners to negotiate with Tsarist Russia on issues related to the Middle East Railway.Song Xiaolian was one of the important representatives of China's negotiations with Tsarist Russia.He tirelessly fought for China's various rights,regained some of the country's rights,and dealt a blow to Tsarist Russia's ambition to use the Middle East railway to invade China.
