摘　　要：目的:探讨腮腺多形性腺瘤(PA)和癌在多形性腺瘤(CPA)组织中肿瘤转移抑制基因Kiss-1、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)蛋白的表达情况。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色法检测正常腮腺、PA、CPA组织中Kiss-1和MMP-9蛋白的表达,并结合临床病理因素进行分析。结果:正常腮腺、PA和CPA组织中Kiss-1蛋白阳性表达率分别为100.0%、76.7%、24.4%,逐渐降低;而MMP-9蛋白阳性表达率分别为20.0%、53.3%、88.9%,逐渐升高(P<0.05)。CPA组织中Kiss-1和MMP-9蛋白的表达呈负关联(r_(S)=0.416,P=0.002);且MMP-9蛋白的表达与CPA的侵袭性、TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。结论:Kiss-1、MMP-9蛋白可能与CPA的发生、发展及转移密切相关。Aim:To investigate the expressions of Kiss-1 and MMP-9 in pleomorphic adenoma(PA)and carcinoma in pleomorphic adenoma(CPA)tissue.Methods:The expressions of Kiss-1 and MMP-9 in normal parotid gland,PA,and CPA tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry,and the relationship of the expressions of Kiss-1 and MMP-9 with clinicopathological factors was analyzed.Results:The positive expression rate of Kiss-1 in normal parotid gland,PA,and CPA tissue was 100.0%,76.7%and 24.4%,showing a decreased tendency,and that of MMP-9 was 20.0%,53.3%and 88.9%,showing an increased tendency(P<0.05).In CPA tissue,the expressions of Kiss-1 and MMP-9 were negatively associated(r_(S)=0.416,P=0.002),and the expression of MMP-9 was significantly related with invasiveness and TNM stage of CPA(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kiss-1 and MMP-9 may be closely related to the occurrence,development and metastasis of CPA.
