摘　　要：产业高质量发展是加快民族地区经济高质量发展的重要驱动力。以新发展理念为基础,构建产业高质量发展评价指标体系,利用2011—2020年省级数据,对我国民族八省区的产业发展质量进行了测算。研究发现:从综合得分看,民族八省区的产业高质量发展水平在全国各省份中居于落后位置,整体呈波动向好趋势,民族八省区产业高质量发展的地区差异呈现先增大后缩小的趋势;从分维度看,民族地区产业在绿色发展和共享发展方面得分相对较好,而在创新发展、协调发展和开放发展等方面得分较低。针对实证结果,本文从科学制定民族地区产业发展规划、深挖民族地区产业发展优势、补齐民族地区产业发展短板等三个方面为民族地区产业高质量发展提出相应建议。High-quality development of industries is an important driving force to accelerate the high-quality de-velopment of ethnic regions'economy.Based on the new development concept,the evaluation index system of high-quality development of industry is constructed,and the quality of industrial development in eight provinces and regions of China's nationalities is measured using provincial data from 2011 to 2020.The study found that:from the comprehensive score,the level of high-quality development of industries in the eight ethnic provinces and regions is lagging behind among the provinces in China,with an overall fluctuating trend to the better,and the re-gional dfferences in the high-quality development of industries in the eight ethnic provinces and regions show a tendency of increasing and then narrowing;from the sub-dimensions,the industries of the ethnic regions score rel-atively well in the aspects of green and shared development,while the scores in the aspects of innovative develop-ment,coordinated development and open development are lower.The scores are lower.In view of the empirical re-sults,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for the high-quality development of industries in ethnic ar-eas from the three aspects of scientifically formulating industrial development planning in ethnic areas,digging out the advantages of industrial development in ethnic areas,and making up the short boards of industrial development in ethnic areas.
