摘  要:高职教育占据高等教育的“半壁江山”,提升高职学生党员队伍质量有着十分重要的意义。文章从“三全育人”视域出发,分析高职学生党员队伍建设现状:全员育人合力性不足、全过程育人衔接性不强和全方位育人联动性不够,并尝试探索相应的解决对策,即全员思想引领、全过程递进教育、全方位协同共建,构建立体交织的育人环境和氛围,把育人工作贯穿于党员培养的全部过程,形成“三全育人”全面开展及高职学生党员发展质量提升的双赢局面。Higher vocational education occupies half of higher education,and it is of great significance to improve the quality of higher vocational student party members.From the perspective of“Three-whole Education”,the paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of student party members in vocational colleges:the lack of joint force of all-member education,the weak connection of the whole process of education and the insufficient linkage of all-round education,and tries to explore the corresponding countermeasures,namely,the ideological guidance of all members,the progressive education of the whole process,and the all-round collaborative construction,to build a three-whole interwoven educational environment and atmosphere,and to put education throughout the whole process of party member training,so as to form a win-win situation in which the“three-whole education”is carried out in an all-round way and the quality of developing student party members in vocational colleges is improved.
