“青年大学习” 促进优良学风建设的途径研究

摘　　要：优良学风建设是高校贯彻教育方针的重点,能有效促进、提高学校的办学水平,同时也对学生德、智、体、美、劳等综合素质的发展起到重大推进作用。“青年大学习”是共青团中央发起,在全团部署,广大青年参与,通过网上学习来提升自身理论水平、思维层次的行动。笔者以滁州职业技术学院某专业学生作为研究对象,得出在“青年大学习”学习活动中,通过结合主题团课,强化思想政治引领;结合日常教育,提高学生核心素养;结合“第二课堂”,引导学生奋发向上;结合树立榜样,夯实学风建设成果等途径,可以有效促进优良学风建设。The construction of preferential study style is the focus on carrying out educational policy in colleges and universities,which can effectively promote the level and quality of school education.Meanwhile,it also plays a significant role in promoting the development of students’comprehensive qualities such as morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor.The“Youth Learning”is an action initiated by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League,deployed throughout the League,with the participation of a large number of young people,to improve their theoretical and thinking levels through online learning.Taking students of a certain major in Chuzhou Polytechnic as the research object,the author concludes that ideological and political guidance can be strengthened by combining theme group classes in“Youth Learning”activities.Besides,students’core quality can be improved through daily education,while the second class can be combined to guide the students to strive upward.By setting an example and consolidating the achievements of the study style construction,the construction of preferential study style can be effectively promoted.
