宁波非遗IP生产力转化的机理与路径研究

摘　　要：宁波市第十四次党代会报告指出:加强文物古迹传承保护,推进甬剧、十里红妆等非遗活化利用,实施历史街区振兴计划,高质量发展文化事业和文化产业。近年来,宁波在非遗和旅游、数字传播、文创融合等“非遗+”模式上做了很多创新,为宁波非遗IP生产力转化探出了新路子。但对标国内其他城市,在消除非物质文化遗产距离感、全媒体宣传推广渠道、配套的产业链、传承方式辐射带动等方面存在缺失与不足。通过对宁波非物质文化遗产资源分布及其IP生产力转化状况进行调研与分析,剖析宁波非物质文化遗产IP生产力转化的不足之处,提出宁波非物质文化遗产IP生产力转化的对策建议。The report of the 14th Party Congress of Ningbo City pointed out that we should strengthen the inheritance and protection of cultural relics and historic sites,promote the activation of intangible cultural heritage such as Yong Drama and the Red Dowry,implement the revitalization plan of historic districts,and develop cultural undertakings and cultural industries with high quality.In recent years,Ningbo has made a lot of innovations in the“intangible cultural heritage+”model such as intangible cultural heritage and tourism,digital communication,cultural and creative integration,and explored a new path for the transformation of Ningbo's intangible cultural heritage IP productivity.However,compared with other cities in China,there are shortcomings in eliminating the sense of intangible cultural heritage distance,full-media promotion channels,supporting industrial chains,and transmission mode radiation.Based on the investigation and analysis of the distribution of intangible cultural heritage resources and the transformation of IP productivity in Ningbo,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the transformation of IP productivity in Ningbo intangible cultural heritage,and proposes strategies to the transformation of IP productivity in Ningbo intangible cultural heritage.
