摘  要:总结电热织物制备技术中有关电热材料、加工工艺、织物设计以及性能测试的关键问题。从这4个方面入手,分别介绍了金属类材料、碳系材料、导电高聚物以及镀金属类等4类电热材料及特性,探讨了涂层法与纺织法两类制备方法的特点,围绕目标需求重点开展了电热材料排布设计、电热织物形状设计与分布设计,并对其主要电热性能与服用性能指标的测试方法与标准进行分析。认为:电热织物制备不仅需要考虑合理的材料选用及灵活的制备技术,也需要采用优良的测试方法与评价体系。Key issues related to electrothermal material,processing technology,fabric design and performance test in the preparation technology of electrothermal fabric were summarized.Starting from these four aspects,four types of electrothermal material and their characteristics were introduced,including metal material,carbon material,conductive polymer and metal plating material.The characteristics of coating method and spining&weaving method were discussed.The layout design of electrothermal material,shape design and distribution design of electrothermal fabric were focused on the target requirements.Test methods and standards of the main electrothermal performance and wearing performance indicators were analyzed.It is considered that the preparation of electrothermal fabric not only requires consideration of reasonable material selection and flexible preparation technology,but also requires the use of better test methods and evaluation systems.
