喉癌合并霍奇金淋巴瘤1例

摘　　要：本文报道了1例吉林大学第一医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科收治的喉癌合并霍奇金淋巴瘤患者,全身麻醉下行右侧垂直半喉切除术、双侧颈部淋巴结功能性清扫术、暂时性气管切开术。术后3、5个月复查电子喉镜及颈部淋巴结彩超未见复发。A case of laryngeal cancer complicated with Hodgkin's lymphoma treated in the Department of Otolaryngology Head and neck surgery of the First Hospital of Jilin University was reported.Under general anesthesia,right vertical partial laryngectomy,bilateral neck lymph node functional dissection and temporary tracheotomy were performed.No recurrence was found in laryngoscope and color Doppler ultrasound of neck lymph nodes 3 and 5 months after operation.
