摘  要:“职教高考”改革是由多元行为主体协同合作的集体性实践行动,不同行为主体在各自组织场域中遵循不同的制度逻辑,形成多重制度逻辑的关联秩序。但是,多重制度逻辑在现实运行中并不顺畅,会衍生出“顶层设计”与“地方执行”之间的分离偏差、“追逐利益”与“教育效益”之间的差时失配、“充分选择”与“有限机会”之间的现实冲突等各类内在矛盾,影响并制约“职教高考”改革的实践效果。为此,需要从完善政策实行机制,保障政策切实落地;推动企业积极参与,构建多元协同格局;丰富院校类型层次,提供充分选择机会等方面寻求调节之道。The reform of“vocational education college entrance examination”is a collective practical action with the cooperation of multiple players. Different players follow different institutional logic in their respective organizational fields, and forming a multi-institutional logic order. However, the multiple system logic is not smooth in reality, and it will result in the separation deviation between“top-level design”and“local implementation”, the mismatch between“pursuing profit”and“educational benefit”, the practical conflict between“full choice”and“limited opportunity”and other internal contradictions affect and restrict the practical effect of“vocational education college entrance examination”reform. Therefore,We need to improve the policy implementation mechanism to ensure that the policy is effectively implemented, promote the active participation of enterprises to build a diversified collaborative pattern, enriching the types and levels of colleges, and provide sufficient choice opportunities and so on.
