摘　　要：针对高固体分羟基丙烯酸树脂黏度影响因素进行分析,探究引发剂种类及用量、活性单体、聚合工艺等因素对羟基丙烯酸树脂黏度的影响。最终,以DTAP作为引发剂,甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯作为降黏单体,采用分步滴加法,制备了80%固含量的低黏羟基丙烯酸树脂。所得树脂制备的色漆VOC含量低于国家标准的420 g/L,产品符合HG/T 2454—2014各项标准要求,涂膜性能优异。The factors influencing the viscosity of high solids hydroxyl acrylic resin were analyzed,and the effects of initiator type and dosage,active monomer,polymerization process and other factors on the viscosity of hydroxyl acrylic resin were investigated.Finally,a low viscosity hydroxyl acrylic resin with 80%solid content was prepared through the step-by-step dropping method with DTAP as initiator and isobornyl methacrylate as viscosity reducing monomer.The VOC content of the colored coatings prepared with the resin is lower than the national standard of 420 g/L,the product meets the standard requirements of HG/T 2454—2014,and the film performance is excellent.
