摘　　要：目的:探究不同程度的牙周炎与血清游离脂肪酸(free fatty acid,FFA)之间的相关性。方法:根据牙周炎的诊断标准将457例就诊受试者分为重度牙周炎组(n=126)、中度牙周炎组(n=168)和轻度牙周炎组(n=133)。比较3组受试者的一般临床资料、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及FFA等数据的差异。采用Logistic回归分析研究牙周炎与FFA之间的相关性。结果:在不同的牙周炎状态下,FFA水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),重度牙周炎受试者FFA水平最高,均明显高于中度和轻度牙周炎组(P<0.05)。中度牙周炎受试者FFA水平明显高于轻度牙周炎组(P<0.05)。FFA水平与牙周炎状态、探诊深度及临床附着丧失均显著相关。结论:FFA水平与牙周炎的严重程度相关,重度牙周炎受试者的FFA水平最高。Objective:To explore the correlation between periodontitis and serum free fatty acid(FFA).Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria of periodontitis,457 patients were divided into severe periodontitis group(n=126),moderate periodontitis group(n=168)and mild periodontitis group(n=133).The general clinical data,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and FFA of the three groups were compared.Logistic regression analysis was used to study the correlation between periodontitis and FFA.Results:The FFA level in patients with severe periodontitis was the highest,significantly higher than that in patients with moderate and mild periodontitis(P<0.05).The FFA level of patients with moderate periodontitis was significantly higher than that of patients with mild periodontitis(P<0.05).There was a significant correlation of FFA levels with periodontitis,probing depth(PD) and clinical attachment loss(CAL).Conclusion:The level of serum FFA is related to the severity of periodontitis,and the level of FFA in patients with severe periodontitis is highest.
