摘  要:为优化矿用抑尘剂的使用浓度及对不同类型、不同粒径煤尘的润湿性能,对曹家滩、张家峁、凉水井、小纪汗和象山煤矿的不同粒径煤尘进行试验分析。通过表面张力试验及沉降试验,发现该抑尘剂的临界胶束浓度为0.1%,且在该浓度下表面张力为37.06 mN/m,不同煤矿及不同粒径煤尘的沉降时间可控制在4~23 s内,润湿效果较好。通过保湿性试验,发现抑尘剂中添加一定比例的无机盐氯化钙,煤尘被完全润湿后失水率下降。当氯化钙含量占溶质的0.11%时,被润湿的煤尘在室温下静置24 h后含水率为40%,在高湿环境下被润湿煤尘质量逆向减少,3 h后蒸发与吸湿达到平衡,抑尘剂表现出良好的保湿性能,试验结果为现场应用提供了有价值的数据参考。In order to study the effect of the different concentration of mine dust suppressant on the wet performance of different types of coal dust with different particle size,we carried out experimental analysis on coal dust with different particle size from Caojiatan,Zhangjiamao,Liangshuijing,Xiaojihan,and Xiangshan coal mines.Through surface tension and settling experiments,it is found that the critical micelle concentration of the dust suppressant is 0.1%,the surface tension is 37.06 mN/m,and the settling time of different mines and different particle-size coal dust at the concentration can be controlled within 4~23 s with relatively good wetting effect.Through moisture retention experiments,it is found that when a certain proportion of inorganic salt calcium chloride is added to the dust suppressant,the water losing rate decreases after the coal dust is completely wetted.When the content of calcium chloride accounts for 0.11%of the solute,the water content of the wetted coal dust is 40%after left at room temperature for 24 hours.In a high-humidity environment,the mass of wetted coal dust decreases inversely,the evaporation and moisture absorption reach a balance after 3 hours,and the dust suppressant shows good moisturizing performance.
