摘　　要：随着互联网和教育信息化技术的发展,网络学习共同体已成为教师发展的重要形式。本研究针对教师开展网络学习的整体情况和教师参加网络学习共同体的原因、期待和态度进行了调查,了解目前教师网络学习共同体建设存在的问题,为构建教师网络学习共同体提供依据和新的思路。With the advancements in internet and educational technology,online learning communities have emerged as a significant platform for teacher development.This research conducts a survey on the overall status of teachers'engagement in online learning and explores the reasons,expectations,and attitudes of their participation in online learning communities.The study aims to identify existing issues in the establishment of online learning communities for teachers and to provide a foundation and innovative ideas for the development of teacher-focused online learning communities.
