新时代大学生坚毅品质的科学内涵及培育路径

摘　　要：坚毅品质是指个体在实现有意义、有价值的长期目标过程中能够容忍逆境、保持兴趣与激情、持续努力、坚守信念的心理品质,由目标性、自觉性、抗逆性、坚持性、兴趣性、适应性和有益性等构成,是新时代大学生与时俱进的素养之一。坚毅品质通过成就目标设置与讨论、建构自主支持环境、确立区域内挑战性任务、培养成长型思维、体验自我效能感、开发校本课程等策略来培育。Girt quality refers to the psychological trait of an individual who can tolerate adversity,maintain interest and passion,persist in efforts,and uphold beliefs while pursuing meaningful and valuable long-term goals.It consists of attributes such as goal-orientedness,selfawareness,resilience,persistence,interest,adaptability,and utility.It is one of the essential qualities for contemporary college students to keep pace with the times.The cultivation of perseverance quality can be achieved through strategies such as goal-setting and discussions,creating a self-supportive environment,establishing challenging tasks within the scope of the region,fostering growth-oriented thinking,experiencing self-efficacy,and developing school-based curricula.
