摘　　要：目的研究郴州市大学生中医体质状况,研究分析性别间体质差异及部分亚健康状态与中医体质间的对应关系,为大学生提升体质制定个性化的干预方案和提供理论依据。方法在郴州市抽取500名大学生进行问卷调查。结果发放问卷500份,回收有效问卷493份。在调查对象中平和质有142例(28.8%),偏颇体质有351例(71.2%);处于亚健康状态的有323人(65.5%),其中躯体亚健康状态有176例、心理亚健康状态有220例。在躯体亚健康大学生中,偏颇体质占79.0%,其中分布频率最高的是气虚质。在心理亚健康大学生中,偏颇体质占70.0%,其中分布频率最高的也是气虚质。躯体亚健康状态与平和质、气虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质、湿热质、气郁质和特禀质均存在显著正相关关系(P<0.05),且与气虚质和气郁质的相关系数较高。心理亚健康与平和质、气虚质、痰湿质、湿热质和气郁质均存在显著的正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论郴州市大学生男女体质存在明显差异。Objective To study the status of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution among college students in Chenzhou,and to analyze the physical differences between genders and the correspording relationship between some suboptimal health states and TCM physique,so as to provide theoretical basis for college students to develop personalized intervention programs and to improve their physique.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 500 college students in the Chenzhou area.Results A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed and 493 valid questionnaires were collected.Among the surveyed subjects,there were 142 cases of moderate constitution,accounting for 28.8%,and 351 cases of biased constitution,accounting for 71.2%.There had 323 people who were in suboptimal health,accounting for 65.5%.There were 176 cases of physical suboptimal health and 220 cases of psychological suboptimal health.Among the physical suboptimal health college students,the biased physique accounted for 79.0%,and the highest distribution frequency was qi deficiency.Among mental suboptimal health college students,biased physique accounted for 70.0%,and the highest frequency of distribution was qi deficiency.There was significant positive correlation between the physical Suboptimal health state and the quality of peace,qi deficiency,yin deficiency,phlegm dampness,damp heat,qi stagnation and intrinsic quality(P<0.05).And the correlation coefficient with qi deficiency and qi stagnation is relatively high.There were significant positive correlations between mental Suboptimal health and calmness,qi deficiency,phlegm dampness,damp heat and qi stagnation(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a significant difference in physical fitness between male and female college students in Chenzhou area.
