摘 要:随着环境污染问题的加剧,追求人与自然和谐发展正成为社会发展的主题。推动企业绿色创新行为,符合我国可持续发展的大趋势,有利于从根源上缓解经济发展中的资源环境约束问题。虽然已经发表了大量关于绿色创新的研究,但对制造企业在实施绿色创新时的影响机制研究仍然知之甚少。文章利用中国制造业上市公司的数据资料,研究了激励型环境规制、绿色创新与企业绿色形象间的内在关系,并提出相关建议。With the aggravation of environmental pollution,the pursuit of harmonious development between man and nature is becoming the theme of social development.Promoting enterprises'green innovation is in line with the general trend of sustainable development in China,and it is conducive to alleviating the resource and environmental constraints in economic development from the root.Although a large number of studies on green innovation have been published,little is still known about influencing mechanism when manufacturing firms implement green innovation.Based on the data of Chinese listed manufacturing companies,this paper studies the internal relationship among incentive-based environmental regulation,green innovation and corporate green image,and puts forward relevant suggestions.
