摘 要:全美幼教协会一直致力于为0~8岁幼儿提供高质量的早期教育服务,并因应时代之变,不断更新、修订早期教育专业认证体系。通过梳理该协会早期教育专业认证的发展历程,阐释其完善连贯的六大专业认证标准,分析其规范与自主兼顾的认证程序,并总结出它的四大特点:投入产出双向重视,认证环节科学透明;评审注重内外结合,认证过程循环持续;认证兼顾多方因素,着力规避利益关系;重视种族的多样性,保障各方合法权益。其对我国早期教育专业认证带来如下启示:细化专业认证的实践指标;健全基于循证的专家评审机制;构建系统的权益保护机制。The National Association for Education of Young Children(NAEYC)has been committed to promoting high-quality early education for children aged 0-8,and continuously updating and revising the high-quality early education professional accreditation system.By sorting out the development process of NAEYC s early childhood education professional accreditation,expounding the six major perfect and coherent professional accreditation standards.At the same time,its standardized and autonomous accreditation procedures are also analyzed,and its four major characteristics are summarized in detail:input-output double emphasis,scientific and transparent accreditation links;emphasizing the combination of internal and external factors in review,cyclic and continuous accreditation procedures;balancing multiple factors in accreditation,focusing on avoiding interest relationships;emphasizing racial diversity and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of all parties.The inspirations brought by this accreditation system to China s early childhood education professional accreditation include:refining the practical indicators of professional accreditation;perfecting the evidence-based expert review mechanism;building a systematic mechanism for protecting rights and interests.
