摘  要:【目的】探究单一及复合环境激素对土壤微生物结构、多样性和功能的影响,为阐释环境激素胁迫对土壤微生物多样性的影响机制提供依据。【方法】以双酚A(BPA)和邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯(DEHP)为环境激素,以刺梨种植地土壤为试验对象,在土壤中设置不添加(CK)、添加BPA 0.25 mg/kg(B_(1))、BPA 0.50 mg/kg(B_(2))、DEHP 0.50 mg/kg(D_(1))、DEHP 1.0 mg/kg(D_(2))、BPA 0.25 mg/kg+DEHP 0.50 mg/kg(BD_(1))、BPA 0.50 mg/kg+DEHP 1.00 mg/kg(BD_(2))等6个浓度,通过16 s RNA高通量测序技术分析土壤微生物多样性、群落组成及PICRUSt功能预测。【结果】单一BPA环境激素中厚壁菌门、泉古菌门、浮霉菌门和拟杆菌属丰度较高,单一DEHP中放线菌门、消化螺旋菌门和分歧杆菌属、伯克霍尔德菌属丰度较高,BD复合环境激素中以WPS-2和念珠菌固体杆菌属为主。除对照外6个处理组的ACE指数、Chao1指数和Shannon指数、Simpson指数较CK组显著降低,具体表现为BPA组<BD组<DEHP组<CK组。在单一及复合环境激素的胁迫下,微生物群落相似性较低,群落结构差异较大。不同环境激素浓度下细菌功能主要以物质代谢和生物合成、遗传信息和细胞运动等功能相关。【结论】环境激素降低了土壤细菌多样性,复合浓度比单一DEHP对细菌多样性影响更大但低于BPA处理组,各处理组间及与对照组群落相似性差异大,微生物群落结构发生改变。【Objective】The effects of single and complex environmental hormones on structure,diversity and function of soil microbes were explored to provide the scientific basis for discussing the influencing mechanism of environmental hormones to soil microbial diversity.【Method】Through taking bisphenol A(BPA)and Di(2-ethylhexy1)phthalate(DEHP)as environmental hormones,cultivated land for Rosa roxburghii as study object,and non application of hormones as CK,the effects of six environmental hormone treatments[0.25 mg/kg BPA(B_(1)),0.50 mg/kg BPA(B_(2)),0.50 mg/kg DEHP(D_(1)),1.00 mg/kg DEHP(D_(2)),0.25 mg/kg BPA+0.50 mg/kg DEHP(BD_(1))and 0.50 mg/kg BPA+1.00 mg/kg DEHP(BD_(2))]on microbial diversity,microbial community composition and microbial PICRUSt functional prediction of R.roxbunghii cultivated soil were studied by the 16s RNA high-throughput sequencing.【Result】The abundance of Firmicutes,Crenarchaeota,Planctomycetes and Bacteroides of B_(1) and B_(2) was higher than other treatments.The abundance of Actinobacteria,Nitrospirae,Mycobacterium and Burkholderia of D_(1) and D_(2) was higher than other treatments.WPS-2 and Candidatus Solibacter were dominant in BD_(1) and BD_(2).The ACE,Chao1,Shannon and Simpson indexes of B_(1),B_(2),D_(1),D_(2),BD_(1) and BD_(2) were lower than CK significantly and B_(1) and B_(2)<BD_(1) and BD_(2)<D_(1) and D_(2)<CK.The similarity of soil microbial community was lower and difference in soil microbial community structure was larger among different single and complex environmental hormone treatments.The bacterial function under different concentrations of environmental hormones was related to the functions of material metabolism,biosynthesis,genetic information and cell movement.【Conclusion】The environmental hormones reduced soil bacterial diversity.The complex environmental hormones treatment had the greater effect on soil bacterial diversity than single DEHP treatment but lower than BPA treatment.The soil microbial community structure changed significantly because there
