摘 要:高压断路器内一般充满较高压力的SF6气体,其壳体是主要的承压及密封部件。壳体结构设计合理不仅可使高压断路器整体安全稳定运行,同时可降低制造成本。以某高电压等级断路器用壳体为研究对象,针对其结构特点及使用特性,利用ANSYS Workbench平台建立高压断路器壳体的有限元模型,依据实际工况,对其等效应力分布情况进行分析,研究其优缺点。根据研究结果,对新结构壳体提出鞍形内圆翻边的优化改进方案,使得新结构壳体在满足壳体强度要求的同时,应力分布更加均匀,壳体的质量显著减小。按照国家标准对断路器壳体进行水压破坏试验,验证了该方案的正确性和合理性。研究结果对壳体均匀化、轻量化设计具有一定的指导意义。High voltage circuit breakers are generally filled with high pressure SF6 gas,and its shell is the main pressure bearing and sealing component.The reasonable design of the shell structure not only ensures the overall safe and stable operation of the high-voltage circuit breaker,but also reduces manufacturing costs.Taking the shell of a high voltage circuit breaker as the research object,based on its structural and usage characteristics,a finite element model of the high voltage circuit breaker shell is established in ANSYS Workbench.Based on the actual working conditions,the equivalent stress distribution is analyzed to study its advantages and disadvantages.Based on the research results,an optimization and improvement plan for saddle shaped inner circle flanging is proposed for the new structural shell,which not only meets the strength requirements of the shell,but also makes the stress distribution more uniform and significantly reduces the mass of the shell.According to national standards,a hydraulic failure test is conducted on the circuit breaker casing to verify the correctness and rationality of the plan.The research results have certain guiding significance for the homogenization and lightweight design of the shell.
