摘  要:针对一种双主轴双刀架数控车床车削细长轴件时出现振纹问题,以工件侧系统为研究对象建立分析模型,采用有限元法分析了轴向拉力对车削效果的影响。对比分析和实际测量结果表明,轴向拉力对工件侧系统的静刚度和动态刚度影响很小,可以忽略不计,在特定工况下,只需要一个较小的轴向拉力就能使工件处于稳定状态。该研究为同类型系统的细长轴车削提供了一种方法,也为同类问题的分析提供了思路。In response to the problem of vibration patterns during the turning of slender shaft parts on a dual spindle dual tool rest CNC lathe,an analysis model is established based on the workpiece side system,and the finite element method is used to analyze the influence of axial tension on the turning effect.Comparative analysis and actual measurement results show that the axial tension has little effect on the static and dynamic stiffness of the workpiece side system.Under specific working conditions,only a small axial tension is needed to make the workpiece in a stable state.The result provides a method for turning slender shafts of the same type system,and also provides a train of thought for the analysis of similar problems.
