摘 要:为了解决掩护式液压支架掩护梁的检测技术及装置缺失的问题,采用在液压支架试验台上配备外加载式掩护梁强度检验装置方式,液压支架试验台作为承载框架,外加载式掩护梁强度检验装置直接作用在掩护式液压支架掩护梁上,对支架掩护梁进行检验。通过建立装置模型并进行有限元分析,使掩护梁强度检验装置满足力学性能要求。同时,装置的承载部分和加载缸配备液压伺服同步控制慢速加载系统,实现装置的动作和控制。通过液压系统、同步控制系统,实现装置的检测检验功能和全程自动化同步控制,可以满足液压支架掩护梁的测试要求,提高检测效率。In order to solve the problem of missing detection technology and devices for the shield beam of the shield hydraulic support,an externally loaded shield beam strength inspection device was equipped on the hydraulic support test bench.The hydraulic support test bench served as the bearing frame,and the externally loaded shield beam strength inspection device directly acted on the shield beam of the shield hydraulic support to inspect the shield beam of the support.By establishing a device model and conducting finite element analysis,the strength inspection device of the shield beam met the mechanical performance requirements.At the same time,the bearing part and loading cylinder of the device were equipped with a hydraulic servo synchronous control slow loading system to achieve the action and control of the device.By hydraulic system and synchronous control system,the detection and inspection function of the device and the full process automation synchronous control can be achieved,which can meet the testing requirements of the hydraulic support shield beam,improve the detection efficiency.
