肌内效贴联合康复功能训练对脑卒中亚急性偏瘫患者平衡功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨肌内效贴联合康复功能训练对脑卒中亚急性偏瘫患者平衡功能的有效性。方法将80例脑卒中亚急性期患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例,分别行常规康复训练和肌内效贴联合康复训练,于干预前、干预1周后和干预2周后,采用功能性步行量表(FAC)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、改良Barthel指数(MBI)及下肢Brunstrom分期的变化,来观察肌内效贴联合康复训练对患者下肢运动功能及平衡功能的改善作用。结果两组治疗后,FAC、BBS评分、MBI在治疗前、治疗1周后无明显差异,治疗2周后观察组FAC评分≥2级的比例高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前、治疗后1周观察组各项评分与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗前和治疗1周后与治疗2周后相比,观察组各项评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肌内效贴联合康复功能训练可有效改善脑卒中亚急性偏瘫患者的下肢平衡功能。Objective To explore the effectiveness of intramuscular plaster combined with rehabilitation training on balance function in patients with subacute hemiplegia after stroke.Methods A total of 80 patients with subacute stroke were randomly divided into the conventional group and the combined group(control group and treatment group),with 40 cases in each group.Routine rehabilitation training and intramuscular patch combined rehabilitation function training were performed respectively.Functional Ambulation Categories(FAC),Berg balance scale,modified Barthel index(MBI)and Brunstrom stage changes of lower limbs were used.The improvement effect of intramuscular patch combined with rehabilitation training on lower limb motor function,muscle strength recovery and balance function of patients were observed.Results After the treatment,there were no significant differences in FAC,Berg and MBI between the two groups before treatment and after one week of treatment.After two weeks of the treatment,the proportion of FAC score 2 or above in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group before treatment and one week after treatment(P>0.05).The scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group before the treatment and after one week of the treatment than after two weeks of the treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intramuscular patch combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the lower limb balance function of patients with subacute hemiplegia after stroke.
