呼吸训练器联合有氧运动在老年低肺功能胃癌术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨呼吸训练器联合有氧运动在老年低肺功能胃癌术后患者中的价值。方法选取2019年1月至2021年6月胃癌术后的60例低肺功能患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组予以常规有氧运动干预,观察组在对照组的基础上予以三球呼吸训练器干预,干预后评估两组患者肺功能、动脉血气指标、癌因性疲乏、肺部感染率。结果干预后观察组第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、一秒率(FEV_(1)/FVC)高于对照组(P<0.05),动脉血气指标动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),癌因性疲乏量表评分观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),肺部感染率观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论呼吸训练器联合有氧运动应用于老年低肺功能胃癌术后患者中可有效提高患者肺功能,缓解患者癌因性疲乏,降低患者肺部感染率。Objective To explore the value of breathing exerciser combined with aerobic exercise in elderly patients with low lung function gastric cancer after surgery.Methods From January 2019 to June 2021 in our hospital,60 patients with low lung function gastric cancer after gastric cancer surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the study group and the control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine aerobic exercise intervention.The patients in the research group was given a three-ball breathing exerciser on the basis of the control group.After the intervention,the patient's lung function,arterial blood gas indicators,and cancer factors were evaluated.The cancer-related fatigue,lung infection rate were analyzed.Results After the intervention,FEV_(1),FVC,FEV_(1)/FVC,MMV in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the arterial blood gas indexes PaO_(2)and SpO_(2)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The cancer-related fatigue scale score in the study group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the lung infection rate in the study group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Breathing training device combined with aerobic exercise in elderly patients with low lung function gastric cancer surgery can effectively improve the patient's lung function,relieve the patient's cancer-related fatigue,and reduce the patient's lung infection rate.
