新型智能趴睡枕在行视网膜玻璃体术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨新型智能趴睡枕在行视网膜玻璃体术后患者中的应用效果。方法选择2020年1月至2021年12月本院行视网膜玻璃体术的96例视网膜脱离患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各48例。对照组接受常规视网膜玻璃体术护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上结合新型智能趴睡枕护理干预。比较两组术后特殊体位持续时间、手术前后不同时间裸眼视力和眼压、术后不同时间视网膜复位率、护理满意度、负性心理和术后并发症发生率。结果观察组术后1 d、3 d、5 d的特殊体位持续时间高于对照组(P<0.05);术后1~6个月,观察组裸眼视力均高于对照组,眼压均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后1、3和6个月的视网膜复位率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组,SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后总并发症发生率为10.42%,低于对照组的27.08%(P<0.05)。结论新型智能趴睡枕可有效提高行视网膜玻璃体术后患者保持特殊体位的时间,改善术后视力和眼压,促进视网膜愈合,降低术后并发症发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of the new intelligent sleeping pillow in patients after retinal vitrectomy.Methods A total of 96 patients with retinal detachment undergoing retinal vitrectomy in the hospital were enrolled as the research objects between January 2020 and December 2021.According to random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was additionally given the new intelligent sleeping pillow for nursing.The duration of special postural positions,uncorrected visual acuity and intraocular pressure before and after the surgery,retinal reattachment rate after surgery,nursing satisfaction,negative psychology and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results At 1d,3d and 5d after surgery,duration of special postural position in observation group was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 1 month-6 months after the surgery,uncorrected visual acuity in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and intraocular pressure was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 1 month,3 months and 6 months after surgery,retinal reattachment rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,SAS and SDS scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(10.42%vs 27.08%,P<0.05).Conclusion The new intelligent sleeping pillow can effectively prolong duration of special postural positions,improve visual acuity and intraocular pressure,promote retinal healing and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients after retinal vitrectomy.
