摘　　要：预立医疗照护计划为生命末期的患者提供了表达意愿和偏好的机会,有助于他们参与治疗决策,减轻家属决策负担。文章对在青少年中实施预立医疗照护计划的起源、实施的重要性和必要性、实施策略、挑战和对策等方面进行综述,以期为临床、社区和家庭推进安宁疗护和预立医疗照护计划在青少年中的实施提供参考。Advance Care Planning provides an opportunity for patients at the end of life to express their wishes and preferences,help them participate in treatment decision-making,and reduce the decision-making burden of family members.This paper provides an overview of the development,importance and necessity,strategies,challenges and countermeasures of implementing Advance Care Planning among adolescents,and provides reference for clinical,communities and families to promote hospice care and Advance Care Planning in adolescents.
