摘　　要：研究目的:系统剖析大食物观视阈下耕地利用转型的现实挑战、理论逻辑与实现路径,为探寻与大食物观相适应的耕地利用转型策略提供参考。研究方法:文献分析法、系统推论法和归纳演绎法。研究结果:当前亟需与大食物观相适应、相匹配的耕地利用转型策略;大食物观视阈下的食物需求、食物安全目标、耕地利用目标与耕地利用转型之间存在逻辑关联;面向大食物观,提出了包括由人口—资源—食物协调的布局机制、刚性管制与弹性调控复合分区机制、基于管控强度差异的耕地发展权补偿机制、基于经营主体分类引导的耕地利用效率提升机制、基于耕作行为激励的可持续集约利用机制构成的耕地利用转型路径体系。研究结论:大食物观是我国新发展阶段耕地利用转型的重要引领,推进耕地利用转型是践行大食物观的关键支撑,探索并实施多路径协同的耕地利用转型策略是促进耕地资源可持续利用并服务于国家食物安全重大战略的应时之举。The purpose of this study is to systematically analyze the realistic challenges,theoretical logic and implementation paths of cultivated land use transition from the“Greater Food”perspective,so as to provide the reference for exploring strategies of cultivated land use transition that are suitable for the“Greater Food”concept.The research methods are literature review,systematic inference as well as inductive and deductive.The results show that:1)a transition strategy for cultivated land use that is compatible with the“Greater Food”perspective is urgently required.2)There are theoretical correlations among food demand,food security goals,cultivated land use goals,and cultivated land use transition from the“Greater Food”perspective.3)Facing the reality of adopting the“Greater Food”perspective,this study proposes a path system for cultivated land use transition,including the space layout mechanism based on population resource food coordination,the composite zoning mechanism based on rigid and flexible regulation,a compensation mechanism for cultivated land development rights based on differences in regulation intensity,a mechanism for improving cultivated land use efficiency guided by classification of management entities,and a sustainable and intensive use mechanism based on incentives for farming behavior.In conclusion,the“Greater Food”perspective is an essential guide for cultivated land use transition in the new stage of development,and the cultivated land use transition is a crucial support for adopting the“Greater Food”perspective.The multi-path collaborative solution strategy for cultivated land use transition is a timely initiative to promote the sustainable use of cultivated land resources to support the national strategy of food security.
