胞痹之现代病名考释

摘　　要：《素问·痹论》云:“胞痹者,少腹膀胱按之内痛,若沃以汤,涩于小便,上为清涕。”历代医家对“胞痹”之病位莫衷一是。根据《黄帝内经》所载胞痹的症状,结合历代医家对胞痹的认识,参照现代临床医学教材,比对现代临床中与胞痹相似的疾病,并试分析胞痹之病位。认为胞痹与西医疾病中的急性细菌性前列腺炎(男性)、盆腔炎(女性)以及一些泌尿生殖系统疾病合并尿路感染等疾病表现出的症状相近。结合现代解剖学知识认为胞痹病位囊括盆腔内多个泌尿生殖器官,包括输卵管、卵巢、前列腺以及部分下尿路上皮等器官组织,胞痹即这些器官组织的炎症。It is stated in Discussion on Bi-Syndrome of Simple Conversation that:“Baobi leads to internal pain of the abdomen when pressed,abdominal heat,unsmooth urination and clear nasal discharge.”The physicians of the past dynasties have no consensus on the disease location of Baobi.According to the symptoms of Baobi in Huangdi’s Canon of Internal Medicine,this paper combined with the understanding of Baobi by physicians of the past dynasties,compared the diseases similar to Baobi in modern clinical medicine textbook,and analyzed the disease locations of Baobi.It is believed that the symptoms of Baobi are similar to those of acute bacterial prostatitis(male),pelvic inflammatory disease(female)and some diseases of urinary and reproductive system combined with urinary tract infection in Western medicine.Combined with modern anatomical know-ledge,it is believed that the location of Baobi embraces multiple urogenital organs in the pelvic cavity,including fallopian tubes,ovaries,prostate and part of the lower urothelium,etc.,and Baobi is the inflammation of these organs.
