摘 要:预制节段梁悬臂拼装工艺具有效率高、工时短、结构稳定、线形平顺等特点,因此对线形控制要求较高。利用最小二乘法对变截面U箱组合预制节段梁拼装过程中的误差进行分配,使已拼装节段参与拟合回归线形,利用未拼装节段来消除误差,使出现误差的节段平稳过渡,达到线形控制的目的。分别阐述了直线形和曲线形预制节段梁线形的拟合方法及改正数的确定,结合预制梁拼装工程实施情况进行检验,效果显著。The prefabricated segmental beam cantilever assembly process has the characteristics of high efficiency,short working hours,stable structure,and smooth linearity,so it has high requirements for linear control.The least squares method is used to distribute the errors in the assembly process of the variable-section U-box composite prefabricated segmental beam,so that the assembled segments can participate in the fitting of the regression line shape,and at the same time,the unassembled segments can be fully utilized to eliminate errors,so that the segments with errors have a smooth transition to achieve the purpose of line control.The fitting methods of linear and curvilinear prefabricated segmental beams and the value of the correction number are expounded in detail respectively.Combined with the implementation of the prefabricated beam assembly project,the effect is remarkable.
