摘 要:溶血磷脂酸受体3(LPAR3)是G-蛋白偶联受体家族成员,可在溶血磷脂酸(LPA)的诱导下触发细胞内信号转导,从而使细胞增殖、存活、浸染,可以增强肿瘤细胞的运动,促进肿瘤细胞转移和侵袭等。女性生殖系统常见的恶性肿瘤包括卵巢癌、宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌及乳腺癌,严重威胁着女性的生命健康。LPAR3与女性恶性肿瘤的发生和发展过程有着密切的关系,因此本文对LPAR3在女性恶性肿瘤中的研究展开综述,以期对LPAR3作为癌症治疗的潜在靶点提供一些有价值的信息。Lysophosphatidic acid receptor 3(LPAR3) is a member of the G-protein-coupled receptor family,which can trigger intracellular signal transduction under the induction of lysophosphatidic acid(LPA),thereby enabling cell proliferation,survival,and infiltration,and enhance the movement of tumor cells and promote tumor cell metastasis and invasion.The common malignant tumors of the female reproductive system are ovarian cancer,cervical cancer,endometrial cancer,and breast cancer,which seriously threaten women's lives and health.LPAR3 is closely related to the occurrence and development of female malignancies,so this paper reviews the research of LPAR3 in female malignancies,with a view to providing some valuable information on LPAR3 as a potential target for cancer treatment.
