摘　　要：大型粉磨设备是重要的工业生产设备,若发生故障会带来不必要的经济损失。为精确判断故障部位并预警,文章设计了大型粉磨设备运行声音检测系统。该系统可以实时采集设备运行的声音,并利用后台服务器的卷积神经网络故障分析模块对设备运行声音进行实时分析。Large grinding equipment is an important industrial production equipment,and if it malfunctions,it will bring unnecessary economic losses.To accurately determine the fault location and provide early warning,the article designs a sound detection system for the operation of large grinding equipment.The system can collect the running sound of the equipment in real time,and use the Convolutional neural network fault analysis module of the background server to analyze the running sound of the equipment in real time.
