摘 要:目的探讨基于互联网教学工具的创新教学模式在《医学影像学》线上课程中的应用效果。方法2021年9月—2022年1月,将重庆医科大学2018级麻醉医学五年制本科204名同学作为试验组,2018级精神医学五年制本科93名同学作为对照组,试验组线上课程采取新的教学模式,对照组线上课程采取常规教学模式,线上课程结束时对两组学生的教学效果进行比较。结果试验组过程性评价成绩、阶段考核成绩及总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);问卷调查结果显示试验组对教学模式的评价高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论《医学影像学》线上课程的创新教学模式有助于激发学生的学习兴趣和热情,提高时间利用率,增强自主学习能力,培养影像诊断思维,提高了教学效果。Objective To explore the teaching effect of innovative teaching mode based on internet teaching tools in the online course of Medical Imaging.Methods From September 2021 to January 2022,a total of 204 students of 2018 five-year undergraduate program in anesthesiology in our school were enrolled as the experimental group,and a total of 93 students of 2018 five-year undergraduate program in psychiatry were enrolled as the control group.The online courses of the experimental group adopted new teaching mode,while those of the control group adopted conventional teaching mode.At the end of the online courses,the process evaluation scores,stage assessment scores,total scores and questionnaire results were compared between the both groups.Results The process evaluation scores,stage assessment scores,and total scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).The questionnaire survey results showed that the experimental group had a higher evaluation of the teaching mode than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusion The innovative teaching mode of the online course of Medical Imaging can help to improve students'enthusiasm for learning and utilization of time,enhance their ability of independent learning,train their imaging diagnostic reasoning,and thus improve the teaching effect.
