摘  要:医学生职业素养培育是个现实命题,研究团队从四个方面创新医学生职业素养的养成教育体系:(1)围绕职业素养课程体系“人本化”、实践活动体系“项目化”、育人环境体系“职业化”等“三化融通”为职业素养培养载体,对医学生进行职业素养程序化养成教育。(2)同时施以“叙事医学”与课程思政元素有效融合的链式教育进行整固。(3)基于医学文明和医学善良总原则,循环向医学生灌输“健康伦理”的实效性教育。(4)进而程序化打造“爱心”“耐心”“责任心”“细心”和“医护仁心”等“五心”进行内心素养的标准化养成教育,可以有效提升医学人文素养。这四种医学职业素养养成教育的教学形态的有机融合,相得益彰,能够促进医学生职业素养的养成教育达到新的高度。The cultivation of medical students'professional quality is a realistic proposition.The research team innovates the education system of medical students'professional quality from four aspects:(1)Centering on the"humanistic"curriculum system of professional literacy,"projectoriented"practical activity system,"professionalized"educational environment system and other"integration of three aspects"as the carrier of professional literacy training,medical students are trained in the procedural cultivation of professional literacy.(2)At the same time,the chain education of"narrative medicine"and curriculum ideological and political elements are effectively integrated to consolidate.(3)Based on the general principle of medical civilization and medical kindness,the practical education of"health ethics"should be instilled in medical students.(4)And then program to create"love","patience","sense of responsibility","careful"and"medical care and benevolence"and other"five hearts"for the standardized cultivation of inner quality education,it can effectively improve medical humanistic quality.The organic integration of these four teaching forms of medical professional cultivation education can promote the cultivation of medical students'professional quality to a new height.
