摘 要:目的对比分析近20年国内外医学教育领域深度学习的研究热点、研究趋势,为促进我国相关研究提供参考。方法以中国知网(CNKI)、Web of Science核心合集(WOS)为数据来源,利用CiteSpace5.7.R2对纳入文献进行关键词共现、聚类和突现分析。结果国内外医学教育领域深度学习相关文献年度发文量均呈上升趋势,国内研究热点为翻转课堂、混合式教学、在线教学等,国外研究热点为讨论、感知、评价等。结论国内研究与国外研究既具有相似性,也存在差距。从研究主题上看,国内外都重视教学模式和教学方法的创新以促进医学生深度学习;从研究进程上看,国外研究视域已从学校扩展至临床真实情境的实习阶段,而国内研究主要聚焦于校内课堂教学的改革;从研究趋势上看,国外趋向基于深度学习的交互式虚拟模拟器等智能教学系统的构建,国内仍停留在实验教学平台和虚拟仿真项目的开发与应用。因此,国内研究更需要加强多学科合作,拓展研究的广度和深度,以促进医学教育领域深度学习研究的发展。Objective To analyze and compare the research focuses and trends of deep learning in medical education at home and abroad in the past 20 years to provide reference for promoting related research in China.Methods China Knowledge Network Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science(WOS)Core Collection were used as data sources,and Citespace 57.R2 was used for keyword co⁃occurrence,clustering and burst analysis of the included literature.Results The number of papers published annually related to deep learning in medical education both at home and abroad is on the rise,with domestic research focuses on flipped classroom,mixed teaching,and online teaching,and foreign discussion,perception and evaluation,etc.Conclusion Domestic studies are similar to foreign studies in some ways,but there are still gaps between them.In terms of research topics,both domestic and foreign researches emphasize the innovation of teaching models and methods to promote medical students′deep learning.In terms of progresses,foreign research has extended its scope from the learning in medical schools to the clinical internships while domestic study is mainly limited to the reform of classroom teaching at school.In terms of trends,foreign research begins to explore intelligent teaching systems such as interactive virtual simulators based on deep learning,while domestic research still lingers in the development and application of lab teaching platforms and virtual simulation projects.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen multidisciplinary cooperation and extend the scope and depth of research into deep learning in domestic medical education.
