新医科背景下中药学长学制创新拔尖人才培养模式的实践与思考

摘　　要：在“新医科”背景下,推进医学教育高质量发展是新时代卫生和教育系统高质量发展的共同要求。面对新的改革形势,北京中医药大学“4+4时珍国药班”率先开展了中药学长学制拔尖创新人才培养的探索和实施,并提出了更高层次的培养目标。通过对多年来“招”“育”“考”“评”“用”等各环节进行总结,对学生培养全过程的评价和论证,探讨优化中药长学制培养体系。为此,提出应创新课程体系和评价选拔体系,建立更具挑战性的导师制培养体系,以及以强基础、宽视野为目的的科研平台轮转制度,逐步形成体现“医药圆融、科教协同”特色的中药学拔尖创新领军人才的培养目标和综合评价体系。In the context of the“new medical science”,quality development of medical education is a prerequisite for great advancement of both public health and education in the new era.In response,we took the lead in exploring and implementing cultivation of the best innovative talents enrolled in the“4+4 Shizhen Chinese Materia Medica Class”of the joint 4-year undergraduate+4-year postgraduate program of Chinese materia medica at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine with higher⁃level cultivation objectives.In this paper,ways to optimize such education system were discussed based on a comprehensive review of various stages of cultivation such as“recruitment”,“teaching”,“examination”,“evaluation”,and“employment”over the years,and an evaluation and analysis of the whole process of student cultivation.On this basis,it is proposed that we should innovate the curriculum system and the evaluation and selection system,and establish more challenging mentorship programs,and rotational research platforms aimed at strengthening the foundation and broadening the horizon.In this way,we could gradually form the education objectives and comprehensive evaluation system of leading innovative talents featuring“integration of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese materia medica,and coordination of research and education”.
