中医风湿病临床特色模块PBL教学案例编写探讨——以《尪痹(类风湿关节炎)》教案为例

摘　　要：高质量的案例是开展中医风湿病临床特色模块教学工作的关键。以编写《尪痹(类风湿关节炎)》PBL案例为例,探讨中医风湿病学临床特色模块教学案例编写的撰写格式、流程及要求。认为在编写案例时应注意基于真实典型案例改编,增设干扰症状;重视中医临床思维培养;传承学术精华,植根中医经典;明确中西医结合优势等4条原则和要点。High quality cases are key to the teaching of clinical characteristic module of traditional Chinese rheumatism.Taking the PBL case study material of“Arthralgia with Joint Deformity”(Rheumatoid Arthritis)as an example,this article explores the format,process,and requirements of compiling case study materials for clinical teaching of such module.It is believed that when compiling case study materials,we should stress the following four principles and key points,i.e.to base on real⁃life typical cases and add some troubling symptoms for differential diagnosis,to cultivate students′clinical thinking in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),to inherit and pass on the academic essence by citing TCM classics,and to identify the benefits of integrating TCM and Western medicine.
