阿尔兹海默病合并糖尿病患者的粒淋比相关性研究

摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)和2型糖尿病(Type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)有共同的发病机制如炎症等,中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(Neutrophil to Lymphocyte Ratio,NLR)在阿尔茨海默病和糖尿病均异常升高,但阿尔茨海默病合并2型糖尿病患者中是否也存在NLR的异常变化未知。本研究通过对301名阿尔茨海默病患者进行回顾性分析发现:阿尔茨海默病合并糖尿病组和阿尔茨海默病不合并糖尿病组的白细胞数值、中性粒细胞数值和中性粒细胞淋巴细胞比值在两组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);进一步的逻辑回归分析提示:阿尔茨海默病患者中,男性和糖尿病的患者中性粒细胞淋巴细胞比值更容易升高。本研究提示炎症在阿尔茨海默病和糖尿病之间存在潜在连接。Alzheimer's disease(AD)and type 2 diabetes(T2DM)shares the same pathogenesis,such as inflammation.Neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)is abnormally high in both Alzheimer's disease and diabetes,but it is unknown whether there is also abnormal change in NLR in Alzheimer's disease patients with type 2 diabetes.Through retrospective analysis of 301 patients with Alzheimer's disease,this study found that there were statistically significant differences in leukocyte counts,neutrophil counts and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio between AD patients with diabetes and AD patients without diabetes(P<0.05).Further Logistic regression analysis suggested that among patients with Alzheimer's disease,neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio was more likely to increase in men and patients with diabetes.This study suggests that inflammation has a potential connection between Alzheimer's disease and diabetes.
